That happened to us with our water meter..it read double what we normally use and I argued with the person on the phone too.

Finally I said I want someone to come back out and check it b/c there is something wrong going on.

The guy came out and it was read wrong. They adjusted the bill for us.

Call back until you get someone who will listen to you.

Here is what I think happened. He estimated the last 3 months and than this past month really read the bill and had to make up for the past. And I think this because we are supposed to get a new digital meter here in the coming week. So he had to make sure it was right.

When I called the lady I had the number my meter is reading right now. and she was like well that is right in line with what he said it was last time.

And funny how it is allot less than the past month.

I hate it when they do that--- esitmation should only be used ever other month or not at all.

Yes, I 'm scheduled 2-8:30, but as we were leaving last night my boss asked if I wanted to come in at 12.

I told him that I'd have to think about that and if I did I would call, otherwise I'll be there at 2.

After I get off I have to go straight to another "job". I am a secret shopper for Longhorn Steakhouse and I have to do a dinner tonight before 9pm. So, I'll be eating steak at 9pm tonight!

Lyn threw out the dates of June 14 or 21, so I guess that narrows it down to June 21st!

That should be far enough out that everyone is out of school.
