The never ending cold from H***

we are still sick withthe same colds we had a month ago
they start to get better than SLAM we are sick again

I have opened the windows
cleaned everything with Lysol to kill Germs
we have all been on ANtibiotic
and still we are sick

i can't remember the last time I felt totally well

this really stinks

I don't mean to whine
but i am tired of coughing sniffling ear pain headaches etc....

they even gave me codine cough syrup
and my lungs are CLear

I can't believe you're all still messing with it!

Now, this may sound dumb but...in all your cleaning frenzy did you change out everyone's toothbrush at the same time? We used to always pass things in a continual circle until someone mentioned that to me and I've found it really does help. Get everyone a new one at the same time.

Also, have you ever tried taking Echinneccia? I'm not big on vitamins and supplements and all that but one of my friends recommended that years ago and I wouldn't be without it now. At the first sign of a cold you can start taking the echinneccia and it will usually ward off the full blown cold if you catch the start taking it soon enough. If you've already got a cold it'll usually help relieve the symptoms and get it out of your system a little quicker. It's over-the-counter and I buy mine at the dollar store!

I am sorry you're still feeling so crummy and hope you'll start feeling better soon.

I will be bringing new toothbrushes home from work today


that is part of the problem with DH and I we have'tn had a day off to just get better and rest
