I have faith that you will get it all done. The faster you get it done the faster you can sell your house and move to GA.

The list just keeps getting longer-but your right it we'll get it done!!!

we just looked at the homes in our subdivision(price-wise) and we wanted to list around 200,000

well all the homes, one right across the street, are selling(asking for anyways) for 30,000 more than we want to sell for and some even want 60,000 more!!!

We know our house needs a few cosmetics(new roof and siding plus a furnace maybe) so we want to list a bit lower than the competition-plus we bought this house for just over 120,000 only 10yrs ago so our profit will be a nice one

Yep, I was lurking on the teen board. I don't really go over there, but I wasn't sure if I upset Mel today....so I thought I would check what she posted there....wow, the way we think is sooooo much different than the teens think I think I have forgotten what is was like to be young and unsure and infactuated I am going to need a crash course when my kids are teens can I have them skip being teens and go straight to loving, responsible adults

but don't go too low and miss out, not that you should be high and lower your chance of offers....could you list at $220,000? are you FSBO?

Yep we plan to list FSBO with our 1st open house on May 1st-we don't want to list too high since the homes listed so high aren't even selling(they've been on the market over 3 months-so we will end up listing around 210-213 and we'll probably take 205
