they are offering her 375,000 now to walk away!!

Right now I don't have a clue where I will be or when I will be there. He is supposed to let me know in about 2 weeks. And I am not sure how long I will be there.

I have to fly in to Manchester I think. And I might rent a car and drive to RI to visit my family. But I don't want to drive back to Manchest to fly home.

This only just came about yesterday.

And she had 400,000 in her case. Not a bad deal.

My brother and his wife are having some problems. And he is trying to get another job and he can't depend on her to watch their son. So my Brother's friend drove up to Maine to pick up my Nephew and will keep him for the rest of the month until they can figure things out. We will have him some and his older sister will keep him some. But he can't fly home alone because he is only 4. So I will fly him home for them.

That is why things are so up in the air right now.

Nope and it will just be me.

I don't want to take her out of school. She doesn't get out until May 17th.

oh Kelli, I am so sorry...your Nephew is so lucky to have you....poor kid, I hope things work out and settle down soon.

His Mother has ALOT of issues. And I do feel very sorry for him.

My brother is lucky to have some good friends that will drive there and pick up his son and keep him.

He didn't tell us what was going on until the last minute. He gets very defensive when we try to talk to him about anything. Drive me crazy - he always has. I feel like I have been bailing him out all my life and he is older than me.
