Seems like they should just be able to hit a button and re-activiate the card. But nothing is that easy anymore.

They're working on reopening mine but will not discuss DH's account without talking to him because he's the primary card-holder, even though I'm on the account!

did you tell them he carries a weapon? good grief, I hope he doesn't use that card...but then again, he may think that someone stole your card number and it had to get cancelled
