Sounds good so far Liz!! Hopefully they can get him into the other school and he will feel better knowing he has his brother and sister there with him, I was gonna suggest you helping out at school to make him feel betterGood Ol Gal said:I'm back from our meeting....
Let me start by saying this: Brandon is at school right now and had a good morning. I actually stayed and did some busy work for the teacher in a corner of the room from ~10-11:30. He did well and actually raised his hand a few times to answer questions.
I left at lunchtime.
now for the meeting.... dh and I were there, along with Brandon. The principal, his teacher, the guidance counselor and the school's psychologist.
We decided that we would start with me coming in to volunteer in the school for awhile. That he has to go into his classroom, on his own willingly. And that I could pick him up from school at the same time that the bus does, so I could be back at the other kids school in time.
The principal said that she was going to talk to "the powers that be" and see if they can somehow fit him in to our home school, where Trav and Madison go. She said that she can't promise anything , but she will try.
I feel pretty good about it all right now. I hope that he has a good afternoon and that there are no problems.
dh and I talked about that too, but what to do with G???trappednabox said:Sounds good so far Liz!! Hopefully they can get him into the other school and he will feel better knowing he has his brother and sister there with him, I was gonna suggest you helping out at school to make him feel better

The principal said that he could stay in the office area and play with some toys..that's what he did today. he is being soooooo good about that!
our district has a policy that no other kids are allowed in the classrooms, so I can't take him in with me. And I think I'm going to try to do it M-W-F next week and then try to move down from there.trappednabox said:DUH! I forgot he's not in school yet!! maybe if it's just one day a week. At andie's school the class mom has a little one and she likes to help out in the class too. she passes out papers and pencils & stuff
allright ladies, I gotta head outta here. I'll be back later! Don't forget to save 100,000 for me![]()
