Well, since no one is here to talk to - and since we're leaving in the morning for vacation - I guess I better get off here and get packing!

...the radio station that I listen to has been having a contest - giving away the new Brad Paisley CD. Anyone who wins a CD got their name put into a drawing for a pair of tickets to see Brad Paisley in concert along with Jack Ingram, Taylor Swift (DH and I saw her in February in Knoxville) and Kellie Pickler.

...when I got in the truck to leave for work at 8:00 a.m. they had the contest and I called. We usually don't get cell service where we park the truck but for some reason this morning I had cell service ~ and I won the CD and got my name put in the drawing for the concert tickets!!!

I was so excited. Brad Paisley is pretty much DH's favorite. He's very talented!

I talked to the DJ on the air for a while and he asked if I felt lucky for winning the CD and I said I did. I told him I always felt Friday the 13th was a lucky day!

...they were going to have the drawing for the concert tickets at about 8:45 a.m. so I went to work and just sat in the parking lot listening to the radio to see who won. Can you imagine how I felt when they called MY NAME!!!

I won the concert tickets (2), and it includes VIP parking and access to the VIP lounge.

OH MY GOD!!! I'm so happy for you!!!

OMG KATHY!! I can't believe you won!! I LOOOOOOOOOOVE Brad Paisley!! I would DIE if I had won!! if you get to meet him you have to get his autograph for me!! I will LOVE YOU FOREVER!!!

I'm really starting to like her too! Teardrops on my guitar is one of my new favorite songs! I know it sounds cheesy but I had just had my heart broken again the 1st time I heard it and it made me CRY I do love that song though, and she has such a great voice.
