Good Morning!

I have to work today so I got up early to get everything organized for the boys to cook breakfast for DH for Father's Day. They've never cooked on their own like this but they really wanted to try. I expect a few calls at work this morning.

DD is coming up this afternoon to have dinner with us. Hope that goes well.

We just finished up our Father's Day celebration and I think DH had a very nice Father's Day. The highlight of the evening was definitely the gift DD got for him...a hand-held battery operated bug zapper. It looks like a miniature tennis racket and you hit the bugs with it and....ZAP! You should have seen him out in the yard with it!

Things went okay between DH and DD. I think it's just gonna take time.

good morning

We had such a nice trip! I am going to have to work on a trip report so I can remember it all

It was HOT, but we pretty much stuck to the plan of parking till 11/12, then sleeping or swimming or both. dinner, then back to a park for a little bit at night.

There were lots of crowds, but if you got to the parks early you didn't really notice them. We got to do everything we wanted and found some new stuff too.

The kids were so cute when we woke them up to go! They were guessing all kinds of stuff. Their biggest guess was that we were flying or driving to CA to visit G&G. T actually thought that we were leaving the house b/c there were people breaking in and we had to get out FAST!

They guessed WDW a couple of times, but then they would reason it that that couldn't be true b/c it was too far away and they had school in two days.

DH broke down and told them in KY (about 3 hours into the trip) .... I wanted to wait til Atlanta. Here I was keeping this secret for 8 months and he blows it in 3 hours

We LOVED the VWL! I can't wait to go back in Nov and stay there again It will be so nice for G&G to be a boat ride away (or take the trail).

ok, I have so much to do today to catch up on, so I must go.....

How was the graduation??? And who was graduating???

it was great! My cousin Chris graduated from College/trade school kinda place. It was really nice, and I was sooooo proud of him. He's 22 and he's got his degree in October my other cousin David will be graduating from the same school

Hello everyone!! Happy Monday. Today was our first day of summer school, only 162 kids this year!! good for us!! My last school always had around 300 kids in summer school (keeping in mind that the schools are about 1700 students~ that's pretty good!!!)
