I'm making lasagna again! It should come out much better this time!! I wasn't happy with it last time b/c the pan I used was too big, plus I added a TON of extra cheese I had to make it early though b/c my mom is gonna take one for a party they are having at work.

of course I can't eat any of it b/c I started my diet yesterday
