I'd like to think that I had some part in making them "new" again, but DH is mostly responsible, I am the ----"RUN TO NAPA" part of the fix it crew. But I do get to sit in them just the same.

Finally got through to the vet's office. No room at the inn for the furry human!! He's going to have to go with us!

Finally got through to the vet's office. No room at the inn for the furry human!! He's going to have to go with us!

I am sure he will be happy. Just hope he rides okay.

He usually rides fine. I'm sure he'll be much happier going with us than staying at the vet's. It's just the extra worry that concerns us.

Well look at the bright side. They normally say that seeing an animal brightens people who are sick. So it might bring a bigger smile to Grandpa's face to see the WHOLE family.

Hadn't thought of that. We told Nana that we may have to bring him. She's the kind of person...white carpets, take your shoes off at the door, clean white walls, don't touch the walls, everything in its place. When I told her we may be bringing him she said, "okay, that's fine!" Funny how something like this puts other stuff that used to be so important to the side.

Shadow's training to be a Certified Therapy Dog one of these days so this can be practice for him. I'll tell him it's a training exercise. He says he not to thrilled have to meet his Grandpa under these circumstances!

But Shadow will know that deep down inside he is doing the right thing. Bringing happiness to those in need.

I think that is wonderful that he is going to be a Therapy Dog. Way to GO Shadow. It takes a special pup to put your feelings aside and help others.
