I agree with Kelli. You have a lot going on. First, being a teenager in today's society is not easy at all, so you already have that going on. And, now your Mom maybe having a hard time dealing with her emotions about your Dad (which anyone would have a hard time, I certainly would/do with my DH's health
) and you have your emotions about your Mom's feelings and about what is going on with your Dad. That is a lot to deal with...is there a counselor at your school or someone who is a professional that you could talk to about your Dad's health and your feelings. I am not sure what your Dad has, but for some illnesses there are support group for the family members..online groups and/or in person groups...

My sisters and I fought...but not to the point of going to the hospital 


you just have things going on and it really may help to talk to someone that knows what they are talking about...right now, you are talking with someone that has no experience in counseling and was a teenager over 10 years ago 
I gotta go
