:wave2: Hi everyone...I need to read back. Not going to work today :rolleyes1 Don't make fun of me...getting my flame suit on :firefight ...but it has been really cold at our house at night (40s or 50s) and DS's asthma was acting up...gave him the neubulizer (sp?) twice last night...so I am staying home today and watching him :smooth: don't want to send him to school to play wild outside in the cool air and he has an asthma attack.

Sounds like a good plan to me.
:thumbsup2

I hope he is feeling better today.

I haven't even really called a lawyer
don't think i will need one
but i just said that to see if it would change there response and there whole attitude changed
another good one is "documenting" such as... "I have been documenting the problems and issues my children have had on the current system......Based on my notes I was told on January 1, by Mrs. X that...."

If people are scared of lawsuits and know that they may have made a mistake, are worried about discrimination (in your child's case it my be reverse discrimination....why would they protect a child with special needs but allow a non-special needs child to be harmed :confused3 ) or worried about bad publicity the threat of a suing sometimes works. Just my $0.02.

Where DD goes they won't start them on Hip-hop until they are around 6. I guess it has to do with the moves they do.

And DD's class when she first started didn't let us sit in either. They say it is easier to control the child when the parents are not around. But we could sit out and see thru a glass window.
I would be o.k. with that...but I didn't like the woman's attitude of "just drop her off and it is unreasonable for you to want to watch" :confused3 I may call around more today....or, I was thinking this morning of looking into signing her up for the younger taikwando (sp?) class...I want something that is only once a week, preferable on Saturdays for her. :wizard:

No WAY would I drop and run. As it is we work out in the room right next to where she is. And still keep checking on her. Because now we lost our glass window when they did renovations.

I would like that attitude either.

And as soon as I get a final head count I will order some balloons. I want enough for each child to be able to take one home.

Going to finish up the goodies bags this afternoon.

Good thing Andie's next b-day isn't till next year! I don't have to go thru all that for awhile!!

DH told me last night that some of his family might come back to our house.

Why do they do this. I am having the party somewhere else because I DON'T want a housefull of people that I have to entertain.

I know that sounds mean but I just don't want to wait on this people. And that is what it feels like all the time. I am asking "can I get you a drink, do you want something to eat. Oh let me make you something. " :sad2:

I will see you guys later.

I am sure he will....spoiled kid  We will probable end up playing with puppies, playing video games, learning words, taking lunch to my parents and visiting them..and I want to finish cleaning up around here....just don't want him overactive and having an attack.

 I may not have much DIS time once everyone wakes up.... :guilty:
