Lyn5 said:Hi everyone...I need to read back. Not going to work today
Don't make fun of me...getting my flame suit on
...but it has been really cold at our house at night (40s or 50s) and DS's asthma was acting up...gave him the neubulizer (sp?) twice last night...so I am staying home today and watching him
don't want to send him to school to play wild outside in the cool air and he has an asthma attack.

another good one is "documenting" such as... "I have been documenting the problems and issues my children have had on the current system......Based on my notes I was told on January 1, by Mrs. X that...."kaylajr said:I haven't even really called a lawyer

If people are scared of lawsuits and know that they may have made a mistake, are worried about discrimination (in your child's case it my be reverse discrimination....why would they protect a child with special needs but allow a non-special needs child to be harmed) or worried about bad publicity the threat of a suing sometimes works. Just my $0.02.

Than her big Bowling party is tomorrow.![]()

I would be o.k. with that...but I didn't like the woman's attitude of "just drop her off and it is unreasonable for you to want to watch"Mom2Ashli said:Where DD goes they won't start them on Hip-hop until they are around 6. I guess it has to do with the moves they do.
And DD's class when she first started didn't let us sit in either. They say it is easier to control the child when the parents are not around. But we could sit out and see thru a glass window.
Mom2Ashli said:Ordered the cake last night. And just need to pick it up first thing tomorrow morning.

Mom2Ashli said:And as soon as I get a final head count I will order some balloons. I want enough for each child to be able to take one home.
Going to finish up the goodies bags this afternoon.
