I just remembered this last night............

he did this back in Aug it was over by $2.99, and yes it was a $25 fee.... so I called and told them to turn it OFF!! They kept asking "are you sure?? You would be denied if he didn't have enough $$ in there...." I was like... "Fine with me! he shouldn't be using it if he doesn't have the $$!"

So, they said they would take it off! Now, yesterday they "approved" him with the fee assessed!

Well I called and gave them heck and they're going to return the fee to our account!!

Now tell your DH you will only charge him half what the bank charges for getting the fee back for him.

I think the DIS is having MAJOR issues lately. NO e-mail notifications until DAYS later. Plus it is SLOW as a darn snail. It is showing people offline but their green light is on.
