Yummy! It took me a little while to carve it (especially since I was rushing) but 19+ pounds made a lot of turkeyeeyoresmountainpals said:Wonder how Lyn's turkey turned out!
I froze some for a slow cooker recipe I want to try later, I took a large pan to my sister and her work crew for lunch with stuffing and I left the drumsticks and some meat in my fridge. DH ate some for lunch on a salad and I have the rest for dinner tonight when the men get back...I also made sweet and sour meatballs in my slow cooker for them...so we may be eating turkey again tomorrow

But hoping for better ones to come!!
And DS's Copper is a girl and he wanted her to be a boy 
I hope it is getting better 



I dared to check him and found the giblets
but now that I know what to do and how much time I need, it really wasn't that bad. I may pick up Mrs. Turkey and save her for another weekend
