Its $5 for the first tooth, $1 for all the rest, unless of course the Tooth Fairy forgets, then the fine is doubled.

Take note, it gets expensive when the TF forgets.

My DD's 2nd tooth came out at 11pm one time - the only thing the tooth fairy had in the house was a $20 bill!!!!!!! The only silver was about 35 cents! So my DD got a 20 in her tooth fairy pillow with a note telling her to take mommy out for dinner the next night!!! LOL!!!

DS's first teeth were pulled out and there were three of them. For each tooth he received a gold dollar and a 1 euro coin.
