Last night dinner help??

We are doing Cirque de Soleil at 6 pm on our last night and had reservations for Cap'n Jack's after for our final dinner, but they called and said they are going to be closed. What should we do for our last night dinner - it will be May 17??

Are you on the dining plan? Do you want to eat at Downtown Disney? Adults only? Kids? My DH and I love Fulton's. It is extremely pricey (and they are not on the dining plan), but we have always had great service and meals there. My DH and I are going with my DBF and her DH for our 25th anniversary in September.
