We are doing everything imaginable while we are at Disney for 10 days next Spring Break ('07) But we want something VERY special and memorable for the last night we are there. Anyone got any good ideas? Please HELP!
P.S. there will be kids and teens with us!

A "WISHES" or Illuminations cruise would be great for the last night and you can also add refreshments. ;)

Those would be great except for we're already doing both of those, because of magical gatherings.

No matter how long a trip I go on I always go to Magic Kingdom on the last night and just soak up the magic. Nothing completes a trip better than watching Spectromagic and then Wishes!!

On our last night, we took a carriage ride from POR. It is a beautiful white horse, white carriage, can't remember what time our tour started, but it is a half hour ride. Very quiet and relaxing. We drove around the grounds of POR and POFQ and it was kind of dusk-y--very lovely family memory!

And the picture of all of us in the carriage made a GREAT Christmas card!

If you want to spring for the *big time wow* do an illuminations or wishes cruise :wizard:

Agreed. Although I would lean towards Illuminations.

Cirque du Soleil is the way to go! It's a fabulous show. All ages are sure to love it!

We are eating dinner at the California Grill in the Contemporary for our last evening... then we'll be watching Wishes from there, supposed to be a great view!

Another suggestion-- we ended our last trip with Spectromagic... what a perfect ending (we didn't want to leave!)

We always end our trip as we begin it, at MK. We stay at the park until one hour after park closing to enjoy Main Street and get a picture with almost nobody around. We buy something totally stupid and expensive that we just have to have at the Emporium, say goodbye to the castle and leave feeling sad our trip is over but happy that we had fun and will be back someday. Unfortunately, we can't do that in May, our last night is a grad night! So I guess we'll have to mope around Epcot or MGM instead. To be honest, I have learned not to plan much in the way of ADR's the last day, we are always a bit down and it is nice to just wind down slowly before going home.

To the OP, I would maybe leave that open and let the family take a vote on their favorite park. You can always plan a nice resort dinner for early in the evening and then head to a park for a last hurrah before going home.
