Last minute trip. Park crowds? Which days?

I am very excited because we just booked a last minute trip! We are staying in a 1 bed villa at Villas at Wilderness Lodge from 1st May for 13 nights.

As we just booked this trip I am way behind with planning! Can anyone advise on which days are best at which parks now? Not sure how EMH is affecting crowds. Should we avoid MK on may 5th due to the celebration beginning?

Hoping that we can do MK little and often from VWL. We will have our DD (nearly 2) with us so access to MK is valuable.

Any tips very much appreciated.
