We just got things booked to go to Orlando the 5/30-6/6 (myself, DH and DS-18mo). DH has a conference, so our Disney time is going to be somewhat limited. I haven't been keeping up too well since I wasn't expecting to go back so soon, and now I'm having trouble deciding what to do!

We were planning to go to Epcot on the 31st - DH's only free day - and then hop to MK after lunch and stay to watch Wishes. I just checked the calendar, and the P&P is scheduled for that night - no WISHES! So, now I'm thinking maybe we'll do AK in the morning and Epcot in the afternoon/evening so we can see Illuminations. Then we could go to the P&P party that's scheduled later in the week and check out the fireworks show they do with the party. No Wishes for this trip, but it might work out to have a little extra, low-crowd park time. Any comments/suggestions?

Where are you staying? I'm sure your DS will need a nap. Will you have a car if you are not staying on property? Going to P&P later in the week sounds like a good idea.

A few other tips...Take your own stroller! Prices have gone way up since your last visit! If you're staying on property, you and your son could go roam around Downtown Disney one day while your husband is at the conference. There's a small train ride that I think a 18 month old boy would really like, and there's the fountain play areas. Have a fun trip!

Not sure what time the PPP starts...will you be able to be there long enough with you 18 month old to make it worth it? Just a thought that I am sure you considered.

We were there for the P&P Party two weeks ago. They let you in at 4 p.m. til 12:00 a.m. I don't know how it would be for your lil one but it was worth it for us. The parade and fireworks were very good.

Thanks for the responses. We are staying off-site, but will have a rental car. I would so love to attend the P&PP since I've never been to one of the "extra" parties. But, DH is leaning towards not doing it since DS will probably get tired. And a fussy baby would not make the party any fun at all!

We are definitely taking our own stroller. We did that on the last trip as well and really preferred having our own stroller that DS was use to.

I had forgotten about the little rides at DTD. Thanks for the reminder on that. Do you remember what the cost of these are?
