Last Minute Trip and 7DMT Tips

So we've been tossing around a last minute trip for a few weeks but finally decided to do it yesterday. We are going January 25-30 of this month! We haven't been since September of 2013 so this will be our first time back since 7DMT opened. I cannot find any FP+ options for us (party of 3) as of yet but will keep trying. If I'm unable to obtain them is my best bet rope drop or maybe during Wishes or close to park close? Anyone else have this issue? How did you fare? Am I stressing for nothing because it's a lower crowd time or does that matter? Is it still crazy SB times even during slower periods?

I roped dropped it in August. I was near the front of MK before they let you in. I walked briskly upMain, passing many, many people. I turned at the tea cups, walked directly to 7DMT. I rode with a 15 minute wait. When I exited, posted wait time was 90 minutes, and it looked like 90 minutes.

It is easier to obtain FP if you try for one at a time instead of three. And just keep trying. People cancel every day.
