I have never used this site for booking.
If you book a hotel through them are you sure to get what you paid for?
can you call the hotel directly to check on the reservation?

I just booked a hotel with them. I really liked the out come. I was able to call them up and talk to them with no problem.

Do you know if the taxes and fees are all of them, or do you still have to pay the resort fee after your stay.

the final price I paid is with all the tax. but if the hotel that you get has a resort fee you have to pay that when you get to the hotel.
