Last Minute To-Do List?

A while back I thought I saw a post where someone had a checklist of things to do before you leave. Does anyone remember this? Only 12 days to go!!!!

Thanks for your reply. It definitely will help in packing. The list I remember, however, had more things to do such as how to leave the house, confirming town cars (I think); that kind of thing. I'm sure I saw something like this.

I didn't see the list you're talking about, but here's mine -- maybe it will help...

One month before…
*Confirm all reservations
*Make final payments
*Make arrangements for pets
*Make a shopping list
*Make priority seating requests
*Find/wash off-season clothes
*Make manicure/pedicure appointments

One week before…
*Confirm all reservations
*Complete shopping

During last week…
*Give travel info to neighbor/family member
-Vacation dates
-Itinerary
-Vacation phone numbers
-Cell phone numbers
-Local emergency call numbers
-Information about house:
--which lights will be on
--which cars will be left out
--name of anyone allowed to be in house
--alarm information
*Secure all outdoor items
*Stop newspaper/mail
*Fax special requests to room controller
*Order gift baskets

Night before…
*Water plants
*Unplug appliances/computers
*Set Light Timers
*Set Alarm!

Morning of…
*Lock all doors and windows
*Reduce heating and a/c setting
*Turn off water (in winter)

Thanks so much!!! I'm so excited about this trip I just can't stand it and my biggest fear is forgetting something really important. We will also be leaving right after an incredibly busy work week so brain fatigue will definitely be a factor. I'm very grateful for your list to keep me on track.
