Last minute resort reservation question

i booked it this morning and got my text with room number. (Were driving still) do I have to go to the front desk still to be a magic band that will work the door and have charging privileges? We have annual passes

Since you've received the room number, you can skip the front desk. If you entered a CC during on-line check-in, your charge account is active.

Any MagicBand that's linked to your MDE account should work.

Yes, if you already have a magic band, that band should still work. (There could be an issue if you have more than 10 magic bands linked and active...it seems the system has trouble with more than 10 active bands.)

I did a similar thing a year or so ago. Had parj admission on MBs we already had. Made a room-only reservation, went to the desk, an said we already had magic bands. Bands we had didn't work because room reservation was not linked to the bands.
So.... Unless you used MDE to link your room reservation to your band, I'll bet you'll need to stop by the front desk.
