Last minute reservations for September

My DH and I just purchased a resale DVC property. With it we will have 42 points that need to be used in the next few months. We are waiting on the deed to be put into our names and our membership I'd so we can make reservations. What are the chances of getting a reservation for Sept 19-22 in a studio or 1 bdrm? I know it's opening weekend of food and Wine so I'm sure that will make a difference. We are open to using the points for just 2 nights and getting the first night OOP. We aren't picky about which resort we stay in, so hoping that will help as well. TIA!

You have a good chance of finding 1 or the other at SSR as long as that is okay of course the longer you have to wait to make the reservations the less likely they are to be open.

Just an update - We have received our member Id # so I was able to get our club # and activation code from member services and book online today. We were able to book 3 nights at Saratoga Springs in a deluxe studio! So excited for our first DVC stay and first time to Food and Wine!!
