Soft drinks around 3,5-4eur.
McDonalds is more expensive, but still one of the cheapest meals. Happy meal is 4eur.

Beer is around 7 euros for 50cl, just under a pint.
At 28 euros a round last July, we found it cheaper to get just the one round and then sit outside cheyenne's red garter saloon with a bag of cans purchased at the train station store.

I think king ludwigs has a happy hour, sports bar is the cheapest place I found for a mojito :)

A can of coke with your meal will set you back €5,50....disgusting!

Planet Hollywood has a cocktail happy hour - €7 a go and they are huge. No I did NOT nearly fall down the stairs. Time is between 10pm-12am so we found the eldest child a great baby sitter......

Thanks....is the king ludwigs happy hour still on? If so what are the times and offers?

King Ludwigs happy hour was 5pm - 7pm. You go to the bar to order and pay for your drinks separately to the restaurant. Wasn't an issue! And the restaurant was lovely and quiet!!

Oh and we found the most cost effective way to buy drinks with our meals was to buy 1 litre bottle of water between the two adults, or sometimes especially when having 3 courses, we'd share a lite and a half. DD always had the kids meals which included drinks....

Oooh can I add a question!
Are cocktails included in King Luds and is it 2 for 1 or just cheap!? Moronic question to follow.....
If it is 2 for 1 how does that work? Order two and have one & go back for the 2nd when ready
or
get the two of them at once so the 2nd drink is possibly lukewarm by the time you get to it but I'm sure by then I'd not be too worried!
Thanks!

We were hoping it would include cocktails, but noooooo. lol Just beer, soft drinks and something else - maybe wine?? I can't remember as we only had soft drinks and beer! You buy both, pay for one, but have both to take back to your table.

It was King Ludwig's happy hour fault that I bought as much as I did in the shops after..........!!! :bitelip::rotfl::laughing:
