Last minute PS plans - suggestions?

Ok. I need to make PS's...hopefully I am not too late. We don't like to eat BIG meals late, hence all the "late lunches." Here is my plan:

Thurs May 15 - arrival day @ Coronado and early dinner at Epcot. No PS planned - we will just play this one by "ear" (ear, do you get it?).

Fri May 16 -

Breakfast in room
AK for a.m.
Lunch at Pepper Market
Pool time
Dinner at Boma (need PS)
Then off to DTD

Sat May 17

Sleep in, then late Breakfast at Maya Grill (do we need a PS?)
Afternoon and evening at MK - fast food and dole whips
E-NIGHT.

Sun May 18

Move to VWL
MGM - late lunch at Sci Fi Dine In (DH insists) - (need PS)

Mon May 19

a.m. - flex day - playing this one by ear.
Dinner at Ohana - need PS - want to be finished in time to view EWP.

Tue May 20

Late lunch at Epcot - probably Chefs De France (need PS)

Wed May 21

Late Lunch at MK - undecided where? LTT, Cindy's, or Concourse at Contemporary? Any other suggestions?

Thurs May 22

Lunch someplace - either at Epcot or back at the resort.

Fri May 23

Flight leaves at 6:00 pm. We will probably head over to MK for a.m.
