Last Minute Guests

Hi everyone!

My wedding is less than a month away, and 2 of my good friends just told me that they will be coming (better late than never I guess....), but now I'm freaking out that I won't be able to add them to the BEO since it's less than 30 days out.

Did anyone else have this problem? I already emailed and called my planner but there was no response!

I remember looking on the timeline and it saying that at the 72 hour mark last guest count is needed. So I think you are okay. I believe they just take the difference from your deposit.

Exactly. The 72-hour deadline is the big one to meet for guest count, though you might want to double check that your BEO and floral BEO have enough chairs, toss petals, or other guest-associated items.

Exactly. I don't know if you've done your table seating yet so that might throw you a little bit, but you are totally fine to add two more in. No worries!!

Thank you all so much! I feel so much better now! I was panicking at work when I couldn't get a hold of my planner!

Shame though, I was so excited that I was $10 under budget when now I'm $235 over lol.
