Last minute Easter Week ADR's

DW booked a very last minute trip 3/23-3/26 for 2 nights at Dolphin and 1 at Contemporary. Cool in itself as we have always stayed at GF AND THIS WILL BE SOMETHING NEW.
What really excites me is trying some restaurants we have never tried before. I was able to get these ADR's this am: Rose and Crown, Yachtsman and Concourse for dinners and held Yak and yeti and Plaza for a couple of lunches.

Any opinions on these last minute finds?

We love Rose and Crown and the Plaza. We are trying Yak & Yeti for the first time this September. Looks like you did great on such short notice.
