last minute discounts at disney hotels?

We are debating going to WDW between thanksgiving and Xmas. Since we are still undecided, I am not booking a room yet. Do you think this indecision is costing us money? (i.e. do rooms at discount rates disappear and never come back?) Do cheaper rates reappear a "couple-few" weeks before the date of travel in an attempt to fill the resorts? Which saying applies? "early bird get the worm" or "patience is a virtue"?

The discounts going on right now are very good!!
I would not wait if I were you. If by chance something better does come up you can always change it.
Typically discounts do not "reappear" .....so in this case I would say "early bird gets the worm"!
