Last Minute addition to DME

We are going to Disney in December. My brother is planning on suprising his wife halfway through the trip (she doesn't think he's coming). He will just take a cab or something to the hotel for the "suprise" but can we add him at the front desk of the hotel once he gets there so he can take DME back to the airport with us?

He will just take a cab or something to the hotel for the "suprise" but can we add him at the front desk of the hotel once he gets there so he can take DME back to the airport with us?

Absolutely. In a pinch, the return ride to MCO can be made with only a one-day advance notice. He can actually do this himself at MCO's DME Welcome Center if there's not a significant line for him to wait in before catching his cab.

Would a one-way car service be any more expensive than a cab? It would probably be more convenient.
