Last full week of March in WDW

I'm a DVC member and I'm thinking of making a trip to WDW from March 26 to March 31. I just went to a web site to check on crowd levels and found that the levels are 9s, 7s, and 8s which are pretty high. Is the reason because of spring breaks, school vacations, pre-Easter visitors, or what?

However, I think I read somewhere that when WDW is crowded with regular visitors it is a good time for DVC members to get accomodations. Is that true? I hope so.

We've been a few times during that week. A big portion of Chicagoland has spring break that week. I wonder what's available at 5 months out?
