Last day park?

We are staying at ASMu, using ME to come home. Our flight is @6:35 pm. I assume ME will want us at resort by 3:30pm lateset. We are currently planning to be at MK on the last day, but I'm concerned with travel time. According to the Unoffical guide the travel time from MK to ASMu is the same as travel time from AK to ASMu. Which park makes the most sense, AK or MK? Our trip is 8 days and we have a total of 3 planned for MK. We only allot 1 for AK and even then we usually leave AK early because we are done. I have AK slotted for earlier in the week and I can easily swap the days.

I would just go to whichever park you want to spend more time in. The AllStars are a lot closer to AK than they are to MK.
You are correct in assuming that you will be given a pickup time of around 3:30..give or take 15 mins either way. And you will want to be out at the bus stop 15 mins prior to the stated time.
So, plan on being back at your resort by 2:30ish. That gives you time to collect your carryon bags, use the restrooms, stop by the gift shop one last time. This means leaving the park by 1:45, latest. And I would do that no matter which park I was in.
