Last Day Of The Trip - Restaurant Options

DH and I are going to WDW in december. We're doing the dining plan and have decided that for the four nights we'll be spending there, our table service choices are California Grill (counts as two table services) and then Chefs De France and that leaves us with one other table service. We'd like to use it for something really special. Since we're doing california grill at the beginning of the trip (hopefully), we thought we'd eat some place nice at the end of the trip as well.

Any recommendations? Are there any great resort restaurants (that only cost one table service credit) that you would recommend? We have no kids so its just the two of us and we wouldnt mind some place somewhat quiet with nice atmosphere.

Well, according to my mom - Coral Reef was a better meal than CG and it's only one credit. I'm still not going to try it though but I just can't get over eating seafood (I know, I know - there's steak on the menu, too) while watching fish swim in the aquarium. It just grosses me out.

My resort dining 1TS suggestions would be Kona at the Poly or Spoodles at the Boardwalk. Both have great food and nice settings to go for a walk after eating.
