Last day breakfast/lunch

I will be traveling with DH and four young kids and staying at GFV. We will be going to MNSSHP out last night and the flight leaves at 3:30. I am thinking DME would pick us up around 12:30, so we plan to be at the hotel by 12:00.

I currently have a CP breakfast ADR for 10:10. It is my son's absolute favorite and there is not another good time to do it. However, now it seems like we will be rushed and that is a lot of work to get the kids into MK for just a breakfast. What would you do? I am thinking 1900 PF or Ohana and skip the park. We have reservation for each earlier in the trip, so I would cancel those. What time would you get? i could do 11:00 so it would cover lunch, but I am not sure if that is too late. TIA!

I would definitely skip the park and then make a 10:30 ADR for breakfast. You'll have time in the room to ready and finish any last minute packing at a more leisurely pace. With a 10:30 ADR you won't have to worry if you get seated late and will have time to take one last look around the resort before getting picked up.
