I JUST FINISHED CLEANING MY KITCHEN FROM THE PREPARATION!! ONLY ABOUT 40 MINUTES TO GO AND IT'S DONE!! 
I do a no cook lasagna which means I don't cook the noodles obviously. So therefore my lasagna has to cook about 30 minutes longer than normal. I don't cook noodles very often and if they can be messed up, I'm the one to do it.
I also experimented tonight and went away from my usual spaghetti sauce and white noodle lasagna. I got diced tomatoes and tomato paste and I bought wheat noodle lasagna. How bout them apples?? 
I'm quite excited. DH and I don't eat beef so I got ground turkey instead.
Well I'm going to hang out here while lasagna cooks and to wait for DH to get home from work. By time the lasagna is done he should be home shortly after. Won't that be a nice surprise for him? I'm about over the chicken. We don't have a whole lot of money right now and I wanted something different. I spent about $25 on all my ingredients for dinner tonight and possible lunch for him tomorrow.
