If I want to make lasagna in a crock pot---but I have regular lasagna noodles (not the no-cook ones). Can I parboil the regular ones and have it work in the crock pot?

I've never heard of making lasagna in a crockpot. It sounds kind of messy.

I use the uncooked regular lasagna noodles and just add 1 cup of water to my sauce. Works fine for me:thumbsup2!

I have a great crockpot lasagna recipe and you certainly can use the regular noodles, just add a bit more liquid. I'm not sure why it would seem messy but it's not at all, it's just delicious and awesome and easy to bring to potlucks.
