Large Toaster Oven

Who else has switch to oversized toaster oven.
We bought Breville Pro and absolutely love it.
Has bailed me out as second oven cooking for company two times already and am using it for more and more stuff.

Ironically it sucks at toast but we seldomly make.

Our Kitchen is small so we store some pans in oven, so anytime we can use I am so happy not having to deal with pans.

I only have a tiny kitchenette in my apartment and don't have an oven at all. I have always had a large toaster oven as my oven/broiler. Last year, I finally upgraded to a convection toaster oven and LOVE it. Foods cook a bit faster and do get crispier. So, it doubles as an air fryer.

Don't use the convection fan during broiling though. It just splatters hot oil & meat juices all around. I had to clean the roof & walls of my toaster oven after only having it a couple weeks.
