We own at AKV, but have 3 small kids (ages 1, 4, and 7) and really want to try BLT so we don't have to deal with the buses and strollers every night. I'm trying to find out if we can get 9 nights in standard view 1 BR from Oct 20-29. I don't know if I should someone's BLT points from someone like you and sell our AKV points or if I might be able to get room at 7 months. Any advice? I know you can only check from 18th at this point, but would be nice to know if 9 nights are available to help in decision. My other question would be whether you think it is worth it to spend extra points to get lake view? Can you see fireworks every night? We got Savannah view at AKV this time and thought it was a waste of points. We were hardly in room except morning and night and animals never seemed to be out when we were. Thanks for any info.

I don't personally think it's worth the extra points to pay for a view of the fireworks at BLT, especially since you have Top of the World on the roof which is a great place to watch the fireworks. I'll shoot you a PM on your other questions.

I am writing on behalf of my daughter Stacey and her fiance Anthony.

They would like to stay at Animal Kingdom in a Studio with Savannah view for 5 days, Monday 28th April to Friday 2nd May 2014.

Can you please tell me if you have points available to cover that? I believe that we need to rent 93 points.

Is the Savannah view worth it? Reading some posts, maybe not??

You can convert points towards cruises, but I don't consider it a particularly good value. There are some threads on here that go into much more detail.
