Large Party ADRs

Hi,
I'll have a party of 9 for some of our meals for a trip in May.
Will I be able to make an ADR for any/all restaurants? Or, do some not even allow a party of 9?
We are staying on-site.
Can I make ADRs for the whole stay at 60 days before day 1?
What time do ADRs open (EST)?

Here's a list of the restaurants we are considering, if that helps for you to narrow down the ones that allow, or are more likely to get a party of 9.

Blue Bayou
Cafe Orleans
Plaza Inn
Lamplight Lounge
Carthay Circle
Napa Rose
Pacific Wharf
Naples Ristorante

Or, suggestions on other restaurants or methods to get ADR?

Naples may take reservations for a party of 9 if you call them directly and Napa Rose you can call directly for large parties as well.
Pacific Wharf is counter services so no need for reservations.
For the others you are best to try to get two sets of reservations at about the same time. So book 6 and 3 or 5 and 4. Then CHECK IN with the host early and let them know so they can try to put two tables together or next to each other.
I have never been able to find reservations available for a party of 8 or more in the app, but your mileage may vary.

I was able to get reservations for 8, but only within first few minutes of it opening, that happened for december of last year, so it is possible for 8.
