Large Groups

Hi, is there a special number to call for group dining? When I called the regular dining # yesterday, I asked about group dining. The CM who answered said that she could help me but then couldn't accomodate us for any of our choices. Just wondering if there was someone who specialized with large groups. Thanks!

How big is your group??? I believe when you call the reservation #, there is a prompt for groups larger than 8....We had 9 in our group the last time we went and we worked through the group dining. If there isn't a prompt, just call the regular reservation # and ask for the # of group dining. There are restaurants that you will all be seated together at and those where you may be at two or more separate tables (depending on the group size)

For the trip that I just got back from and for a year ago December we had groups of 16 and 15 and had to go through group dining. NOw for our trip this November I was getting Thanksgiving ADR for 14 and they would not send me to group dining. The lady also told me that she could take care of it. I think it was so strange since at the beginning of May I called to add 1 person for my last trip and they made me go through group dining. I would call back and see if they would connect you with group dining. Do know this that with a large group you typically have to be seated during the first or last hour of dining. I did not like that. We were having dinner each night at 5:00. Good luck.

I booked several ADRs yesterday for a group of 10 at 407-939-7707. I originally called the regular dining # and they gave me this number because of the size of our group.

Thanks for the info. We have 14 in our group. I called the regular # a little while ago (no prompt for group dining but wow do you have to answer a lot of other questions!) and this time the CM was very helpful, again though I was told no need for group dining. Most of our seatings are early but since we have 8 kids, this works out ok. Also, some are more than 1 table but guaranteed close proximity. I have a couple more things to arrange, I'll try that other number next time just to see how that works. Thanks again!
