Large group Transport options: 6 from Sarasota Springs to cruise then AKL

I haven't been to WDW since 2013 and am feeling a bit rusty, any input would be helpful while I research

Family of 4 traveling with another couple who are dvc members from Treehouse villas for 3 days to a 3 day cruise and then back to AKL with a visit to Universal.

I was looking at rental vans but they are around $675 with taxes.
shuttle is $420 for the 6 of us
Not sure Uber is reliable for the cruise part but probably ok for the Universal part

I have used Happy Limo in the past when I traveled with 11 people. They have regular vans and fancy limos and have never failed to pick us up.

Was the $675 for the full week? Look at a 1 way/1 day rental from one of the rental companies near Disney Springs or at MCO. Then drop the car off near the port. Upon return, do the same thing.

Reg van $343.00 + 20% tip
$400 total

Limo $442.00 + 20% tip

Tonikaye, yes that was the whole time I'll take a look into one way trips instead. Good idea

First I booked 2 one ways and they were cheaper. The other day it looked like car service & Uber would work but when I heard back and the final price for car service is $360 without Universal taken into account I looked again and today I can get a whole week for a minivan for the same amount $242/week plus $39 day plus fees etc so we will do that. I know its $15/day to park at Cape Canavral 3 days but it balances with the trips to/from Universal plus at least we can keep our stuff somewhere
