We will be traveling with 28 people and have 2nd rotation dining. Will we all be seated at one table? Or are there too many of us? Anybody with large groups have any experience?
You need to call and attach all your reservations there's no reason you can't get 2 12 tables and a 4 etc but no guarantees being 2nd seating you probably have better chances.

28 is really too large for the standard table setups in the dining rooms. There is one large table in each dining room that can seat around 14, but, beyond that, the tables are all 4, 6, or 8 tops.
They can put tables together to make larger ones, but I wouldn't suggest it. 28 at one table will be impossible to carry on conversations with each other. And would require multiple serving teams.
Most serving teams serve a 4 top, a 6 top, and an 8 top (18 people). I'd think that 28 would basically require at least 2 service teams and their tables.
I'd suggest you ask for 8 top tables (or maybe sixes) and switch up what tables everyone sits at each night to mix up the table conversations.
