Hey my very informative DISers! I'm hoping that someone may have a recommendation for us. We are a party of 7, 2 adults, 4 young children and a baby. Can anyone tell me if there is a hotel in the area that will hold us all in 1 room? Some hotels that hold 6 will sometimes allow a baby in a pack and play to stay in the same room too, does anyone know of a place that will do this? I called Raddison but they don't allow it and I really like the parking option they have so I was bummed.

How about single rooms that connect on the inside, do any of the hotels have that?

Any suggestions from those with experience with this would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Try the Marriott Residence Inn --They have suite type rooms with bedrooms, pull out sofas etc -- Free breakfast , nice place - we had a suite with them and loved it

The Raddison has suites that will accomodate your family. I had a suite that slept two in the living room and four in two double beds in the bedroom. You could have a cot brought in if needed as well.

Ok I just called the Residence Inn, and asked about their room that holds 6 people and asked if I could bring the baby in too for a total of 7 people and the lady told me it's fine, people do it all the time. So yay there is that! Thank you!

I wonder if the Raddison would even notice if I brought a 7th person in the room and would even care since it's just for 1 night.....

We got a 2 bedroom suite at the Residence Inn and it was quite large for our 6. I know they wouldn't notice if you had 10 people in there because you don't come & go through the lobby. Not sure about the Raddison, but I'm sure it's very similar.

Here's another question along the same lines. Is the free parking while cruising secure? Or would it be more secure to use the port parking? Thanks!

The County Inn and Suites at the port has kid suite rooms that could easily fit 7. There's a queen bed for the adults, then a separate area (semi-walled) with bunk beds for the kids. Lots of room for the baby, plus there's a good breakfast. And free parking (the shuttle is about $6 each, but we had DH drop everyone and the luggage off, then he returned, parked the car and hopped on the shuttle -- back within 10 minutes). I personally thought the parking was better at CI&S than at the Radison -- you park next to the hotel at CI, but in a back parking lot at the Radison.

I think our suite was $115 with a military discount. My MIL's traditional room was $114.
