We just got back from Disney a few days ago and my two DDs started pin collecting. I didn't see a Mickey lanyard unless you mean a lanyard with a Mickey pin on it. The lanyards we saw in most gift shops were either solid black, blue, or pink. I think I saw a pin stand outside the "It's a Small World" ride with pink lanyards with "It's a Small World" written on the them but everywhere else I saw just the plain ones.
