So I made my first reservation a week or so ago and I forgot to ask the Disney personel about La Nuba. I'm interested in seeing La Nuba, but my first priority is to see Fantasmic. Since I can't book Fantasmic yet, I dont know which night I'll be seeing that. Therefore I dont want to book La Nuba in advanced, only to find out when I'm 90 days out that the only show for Fantasmic is the night I booked La Nuba. Should I book La Nuba now, and is it possible to cancel if I find out Fantasmic and La Nuba conflict?

Thanks!

Fantasmic will be showing on Mondays and Thursdays, and it's not like you need to book it with the dinner package. I think heading in 45 minutes before the show is fine. I wouldn't pay for the dinner package. I did so once and never did see the show because of it being rained out. I enjoyed the dinner, and had seen Fantasmic before, so it wasn't a disappointment.

LaNouba is going to be the pricey option, as it's a Cirque du Soleil show, and there are more nights that it will be showing than Fantasmic. I've seen it and enjoyed it. I think it's way better than Fantasmic, but mostly because I have seen Fantasmic in Disneyland, a far superior show (but without convenient seating like WDW). Plus it's indoors without any cancellation due to poor weather.

I'm not sure why you're posting this in the Restaurants board unless you were wondering about the dinner package for Fantasmic.

Fantasmic will be showing on Mondays and Thursdays,

Pardon me for jumping in, but how do you know this? The OP didn't give any dates, and info for some months is not posted yet. And what is posted does not indicate Fantasmic always shows on Mondays. For example, it won't be shown on Monday, April 27th, according to this link:

Just wondering! I'd like to do some planning for my May trip and nothing is posted, so I was curious about how you'd know when Fantasmic would be shown.

To the OP: If it helps, La Nouba does not do any performances on Sundays and Mondays, so you can factor that in to your scheduling.

With Fantasmic only being shown twice per week I don't think arriving 45 minutes in advance is going to cut it anymore. Sorry to disagree. The reports coming in from last Thursday's show say it was absolutely packed, and it's January. We'll know more as time goes on and we have more crowd reports to go by, of course. But if I were the OP I would plan on booking the Fantasmic package the first date it's available to him/her. Better to have it and choose to cancel it later than to decide they need it later and not be able to get it. ;)

I didn't mean to post this in this section! Sorry about that. Thanks for all your replies.:teacher:
