Lands End Inlet?

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone has ever been to a Lands End Inlet retail store. I really do love their stuff, but since I'm saving money for Disney, I'd like to save a few bucks. I would have to drive about an hour and a half to the nearest location. Is it worth the gas money and time (with a 2 and 4 year old in tow)? Thanks in advance!

I personally wouldn't bother. I've been to mine quite a few times and they just don't have a very good selection at all. Mine is mostly Women's clothing and a bit of kids (only bigger kids stuff at mine (starting at size 4, sometimes they will have little kids, but if they do the selection is poor) and mens....they don't really have that great of deals either. IMO it's better to just shop their on-line store. You can get MUCH better deals and selection than at the inlets...JMO. Might depend on the Inlet though, not sure if they are all the same?

You can save money by shopping at home at the Land's End website and shopping their Overstocks section. Plus if you belong to My Points, go through them so you can earn points!

I happen to like ours - I almost always find something. Grier: do you go to the one in Morton Grove?
With Chicago winters (and I'm a FL native) Lands End Inlet was my best discovery after moving here!

I have 2 by me and they are hit and miss. I don't know that it would be worth that long of a drive.

I have one about an hour and a half from me also. I get there once a year or so. It's hit or miss. I've found some great deals there, and then there are times I left without buying anything. I don't make trips to Rochester just for that store, but when I am in Rochester, I never leave without popping in.

Just a heads up. I went to our local Sears today, and a lot of Lands End was marked down, plus an addtl 40 percent off. I got a really decent long sleeve cardigan and tshirt for $26 plus tax. It was a brown bamboo leaf print with a matching dark brown tshirt to wear under. I was thrilled!! With the discount, the layering tshirts were 6 bucks!! Plus the swimwear was all extra 40 percent too.
