Anyone interested, I've been getting a lot of my kids clothes lately on Lands End. They have a pretty good Sale/Clearance section and you can usually find a coupon that can be stacked on sale items. I was able to get shorts, shirts and bathing suits for our DS and DD for our upcoming June trip to WDW.
I was able to grab most of the items for a cheaper price than I could get clothes at Walmart, plus the quality is a whole lot better.

I like that they hem boy's kahkis. I got my DD some bathing suits and a cute cover up and both kids decent flip flops from LE. Also got DD a cute pair of silver ballet flats for $10. I usually go through ebates and get 30% off and anything that doesn't fit goes back to Sears.

Gap and LE are still my go to stores for my DD. Quality is good and with sales the prices are great.

I love Lands End. I usually try and stock up on some items at the end of the season and save a ton of money. The quality is awesome.

I love Lands End. Never found anything there cheaper than Walmart, but Lands End stuff is well made and heavier material.

Can't beat Walmart for their slacks. Good quality, $7 a pair.l

The Childrens Place is also a good website/brick and mortar store. Their clothes IMO are better quality than Walmart, they are always running sales and you can pick up boys jeans for around the same price.

Yes. Huge fan of Lands’ End here, especially for kid stuff. Items go through two boys and I can still sell it on eBay for a decent amount because there is still lots of wear left! The coupons are plentiful and as someone mentioned, stock up at end of season for next year and it is a steal! We have some beach towels from many years ago that are still quality. I recently ordered another one but it seems thinner. Note to the ladies: their swimsuits are phenomenal!

I am mourning the demise of the LL Bean catalog. OK, it hasn’t actually gone anywhere, but they just offer so much less than they used to! Ordering from them around the holidays was the standard in my house, but where did all the gift-y type merchandise go? I swear by their Boat and Tote bags and Waterhog mats, but the clothing is just so basic now. And not much in the line of kids stuff anymore. Sad.

Sorry, LE was great was in the early '80's. Then it gradually became too pricey. Then Sears bought it and the quality dropped like a stone. It may still be better than WalMart, but nowhere near the former glory. I refuse to buy it now.

Sears changed suppliers, etc and really threw it in the mud.

Apparently, though, I did read something, actually more than one something, that Sears was selling (or had sold) LE and that it was trying to crawl back from the muck. So, who knows.

I love Lands End. Their clothes fit my daughter incredibly well and the school uniforms wash and wear well too. I got her 3 new outfits (6 pieces total) last month for $43 after sales and a 20% off coupon. You can't beat that for 2 sweatshirts, 2 pairs of leggings, a sweater, and a full-price summer top. The month before I ordered 2 pairs of clearance shorts (chambray and white) for $5.99/ea.

I just ordered both of my kids new winter coats for next year, they were on clearance and around $40 a piece. The quality is great and their super cute! I'm getting ready to place another order for cheap hats and gloves for next year and a fleece jacket. Love lands end!

It's not as good as it used to be even 5 years ago, that's for sure, but it's still reasonable. What drives me crazy is the sizing! I can have five size 8 boys' tshirts (all the same one, just different colors) and they'll all be different! Some longer, some wider, some with longer sleeves…. Still, it's hard to beat their sales and those rip-stop pants wear like iron! The grow cuffs in the winter coats are a bonus come late March when the boys' wrists are sticking out but the coat fits otherwise.

Children's Place was my go-to for jeans until DS 12 hit middle school and decided that he couldn't wear clothes with the word "children" on them. He's not otherwise fussy, so I went with it, because it does seem like a reasonable middle school issue. :) DS8 isn't a jeans fan (so much for hand-me-downs!), but their cargo pants are pretty good too.

Another LE fan here. Just got DDs coat and gloves for next year for $35. Sign up for their email, I get 30% off quite often plus debates. I love the women's starfish pants. So comfy but with a button down or nice sweater they work for my business casual office. My original bathing suit is 7 years old and still surviving the chlorinated water.

If you have a Discover card, you can access Lands' End through their shopping portal and get additional cash back bonuses. I have gotten as much as 20% back during one of their promotions. Which in turn can be used to purchase discounted LE gift cards through Discover $20 for a $25 GC. If you have a Kmart/Sears rewards card you can also you those points towards your purchase as long as you have the pin number.
