Lake George

Hi everyone

Looking for some suggestions on where to stay in lake George. We have stayed at the surfside motel some years ago and enjoyed it but thought I'd see if anyone has other suggestions. What we liked most was that it's walking distance to town. Looking for something on the lake as well

Park Lane is on the lake and walking distance to the town. I stayed there a few years ago. It's clean and we enjoyed it.

The Georgian is an excellent hotel with awesome lake access and views

We have been going to Lake George every summer for 4ish nights for the last 30ish years...the last 20 we have stayed at Marine Village a Resort. It is the closest hotel to town and awesome for walking! It's not cheap - but we love having the sandy beach, heated pool, grill access, and walking access for our stay!

I booked lake motel - got great reviews on trip advisor - walking distance to town - kyacks and grill heated pool etc

We have not been since 2008 my kids r 13 and 15 - I just saw they have extreme adventure anyone do this? We also want to do the tubby tubes again - anybother suggestions? We'. Be there 4 nights very end of August 1 sept
