Lake Eola With Pets

I've read that Lake Eola in Orlando is pet friendly. Has anyone been there with a pet? Do you know what areas are pet friendly & which ones aren't? Any info. you can provide would be very much appreciated.

I can't imagine any body of water where Alligators could lurk would be pet-friendly!

LOL!!! We're Floridians & know all about gators. Lake Eola is actually a park with things to do & places to eat that don't involve the water at all.
